Thread: Casseroles?

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love some recipes for healthy casseroles that can be made ahead of time and frozen for later. Since my husband's work hours have changed, I have not been making true meals for myself and my daughter because I hate cooking for just us, especially when she is only 4 and eats so little. But if I had some things prepped before hand, I might be more likely just to pop it in. Thanks!
