    What to eat at Cheinese

    Must be that time of the year. Off to the Chinse buffett.

    What is going to be best as part of my diet (and I know it is all bad) I should say, what is least worst!

    Sounds lovely but it all depends on the type of diet you are following to be honest
    13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal
