Ommelette - lots of choice in there - ham, bacon, cheese, tuna, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions (just not all at once :giggles:)
Greek Yogurt - if you can tolerate dairy
Breakfast quiche - using cottage cheese, eggs and your own choice of filling

Egg, ham and tomato muffins
Homemade paleo scotch eggs (lots of recipes via google)
Continental breakfast - slices of cold meat, cheese, tomatoes and cucumber
That's all I have off the top of my head. Apologies most of them contain eggs!
Fresh food , fresh fruit vegetables and some fresh fruit juice and lot of water....
Eggs - boiled, scrambled etc. if I have time, otherwise chugging a protein shake has been saving my bacon so far this year.
