Current weight: 108.2 kg ~ 17 stones 0.54 pounds
Target weight: 70kg ~ 11 stones
Weekly target: 500 gr up to 1 kg a week ~ 1 pound up to 2 pounds a week.
Dream: Reaching 88kg (~13.8 stones) by my 30th Birthday this year
Bacon and Eggs
Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs
Ommelette - lots of choice in there - ham, bacon, cheese, tuna, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions (just not all at once :giggles
Greek Yogurt - if you can tolerate dairy
Breakfast quiche - using cottage cheese, eggs and your own choice of filling
Baked Egg and Ham muffins
Egg, ham and tomato muffins
Homemade paleo scotch eggs (lots of recipes via google)
Continental breakfast - slices of cold meat, cheese, tomatoes and cucumber
That's all I have off the top of my head. Apologies most of them contain eggs!

Eggs - boiled, scrambled etc. if I have time, otherwise chugging a protein shake has been saving my bacon so far this year.
