My Mood:  Rep Power: 12  Diet: cd / ss Start Weight: 190lb Goal Weight: 140lb Goal Date: 24/12/2008 | Its quite scary that any one of us could get addicted to this losing weight. I know some one who got to a size 12, but still saw the bigger her, she looked great, but nothing would convince her otherwise. I think your brain needs to adjust to the weight loss. |

Rep Power: 125   | Eamon Holmes is the one that has been getting me thinking lately. He really is not looking good in my opinion. If a woman had changed her appearance as much as and in the way that he has we would be reading about it constantly in the mags/tabloids about how awful she looks/how overweight, etc etc.
