I keep planning on putting it on Nina - I'm sure she does more than 10,000 steps a day!!

Sorry, my 2 year old!! She doesn't sit down very often and I reckon I could beat my steps record if I made her wear it!

Diet: Together we lost 8 stone on CD.
Dust your Pedometers off girls and boys and get wearing them. We are starting a league table of our daily steps. Watch this forum I will start reporting peoples steps on Tuesday. If I have so pm me your steps for the previous day by lunchtime and I will record them in the evening.

I can now run non-stop at 10 kph for 30 minutes (5 km)!
