Rep Power: 0 ![]() Diet: Calorie Control | Hi Everyone Hi everyone, I hate newbie threads but suppose its the best way to start ![]() I've been on a calorie controlled diet for two weeks and haven't lost anything so far, so am basically here for advice and support. I don't want to give up!! Here are the basics: I currently weigh 11st 11lbs - (167 lbs) I am 5 ft 4 I want to lose about 2 stone (haven't got a goal date) I am currently eating between 1000 - 1400 calories per day (mostly nearer 1000) Going to gym 2-3 times per week I have a feeling that I am probably not eating enough but not really sure ?? Any advice and support greatly appreciated Taomi x |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() Diet: calorie counting | hello there i am new to this aswell. I have joind today after having two children and putting on over five stone i am so gutted i have allowed myself to get this big i am so stuck in a ruck that i have to change i am trying to stick to 1000 calories a say i have an active job so i am helping this will help me lose some weight, as i am to self aware to even think of going to the gym etc until i have lost some what are you eating ? i am trying to have special k and a banana tuna pasta at lunch and chicken or fish with salad or beans and fruit if i am hungrey i am not drinking enough water thpugh im struggling to get through 1 litre a day ! |

I must say being a Secretary my job isn't very active and so sitting on my bum most of the day doesn't help my diet ![]() I have written everything down that I eat for the past two weeks, here is a typical day: Breakfast - Banana, tangerine Snack - Ryvita minis or Snack a jacks Lunch - Weightwatchers meal, yoghurt Snack - Fruit Evening meal - Another WW meal or Jacket Pot with weightwatchers tuna and salad I know I should probably eat less ready meals but it's just convenience because I have such a busy life as I have two jobs and go from one to the other 2-3 times a week and I don't get to have a proper mealbreak at the other job |
