My Mood:  Rep Power: 0  | Hello Everyone Hey guys, My name is Robert and i'm from Nottingham in the UK. I am currently on a weight loss mission but i'm not into all the fad diets, I am trying to eat sensibly and exercise for at least 3 hours a week but its always hard adjusting to a new lifestyle! |
