09/04/13 restating my slimming world journey after a few months faffing around......BEFORE AND AFTER....
I had pasta with some tomato, garlic and courgette sauce with a bit of chilli powder and 250g of steak mince (between 4 of us) in it, it was lush
Had Hot Dog Sausages ijn buns last night, probably not the healthiest dinner but omg it was lush! Proper Beef sausages (cant have pork) with ketchup and onions..
Shepherds pie tonight.
Pork and mixed veg stew tonight served with rice, only a small amount of trimmed pork in it
Just made a butternut squash risotto - didn't use the oil in the recipie and halved the parmasan cheese - served with salad! lovely!!
I've had quorn biryani (sp) 365 cals of yum!

Kick DietCoke habit!!
Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
Eat less processed food.
• 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
• Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
• March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
• start walking to school again when weather warms up.
