Kick DietCoke habit!!
Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
Eat less processed food.
• 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
• Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
• March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
• start walking to school again when weather warms up.
2.5 on this weekNot a good week, Havent exactly eaten rubbish or anything but just havent really been home to cook proper meals and have snacked on the go a lot.
Another hectic week, Hope to have a rest a bit next week!
Can you update me to 20lb .. Sneaky peak on scales in hotel in Saigon and I expect a 7lb gain when I get back on those scales in the uk on Monday ... Eek!! Have to say it is not the food but the piña colada's , mojito's an beer!! X
