Steak is fine, just get sirloin or rump with fat cut off. Enjoy on the BBQ

Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
Eat less processed food.
• 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
• Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
• March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
• start walking to school again when weather warms up.
Yeah as long as its lean as MB says its fine, I haven't had any for a while as my calorie allowance is so much lower now & its quite high. Enjoy!!!!! You could always make wedges, grab a baking potato & slice it up pray with frylight, season & whack it in the oven, with steak & salad its lush!!!!
Ah but amongst dieters frylight is a bit of a cult

To get to the end of the rainbow I need to lose 42lbs.
To get into the overweight category 13 1/2 stone - Acheived 23rd September 2012.

2lbs of simulated fat.
