Hi, just got this through the post, dead cheap from eBay. Read the first part when it tells you about the plan etc but how relevant are all the calories and suggested fat allowances in it. I should be on 1800 calories which ties up with MFP but it says up to 17g fat for each meal and only a single 3g snack per day.
I did read the starters guide but couldn't find the part again about the Alli book, I seem to remember the strength of Alli isn't as strong so does that affect the fat allowances?
Anyway, I am assuming that I stick to the guidelines <5g per 100g, no more than 15g per meal, no more than 45g per day. Can I have two snacks per day, as I am always hungry when kids come in from school and then like a slice of toast or glass of milk before bed. Would this affect my weight loss?
