    Well here are mine...

My first goal is to reach target by Easter (officially 27th which is my sons 7th birthday) which I am hoping I can do, 12.8lbs to go as it stands today...

Next is that at some point during 2013 (money allowing of course) that I can do my zumba instructor training, sounds silly as I do not plan to run a class I just want to say I did it. Discovering exercise I enjoy was such a massive thing for me & I said to my hubby that when I got to goal I was going to do it....

Third is to tone up, I am lucky that I don't have massive amounts of excess skin but there are wobbly bits I really don't like which I am sure could look considerably better with the right exercise.

I think that is it for me, I may edit & add some more but right now they are the ones that feel important to me...

    Onwards & downwards xx

I've just been revisiting my 2012 goals. I've achieved most of them although not by the dates I thought I was going to as I discovered this year that my weight losses slowed and plateaued considerably. Anyway I'm not complaining as I've been able to reevaluate as I've gone along.

My doc is now happy with my current weight of 13:7. I'm happy with that as I feel good now but personally would like to lose another stone to take me comfortably into the 12's to give me room for manoeuvre.

I'm a size 14 now in most things except jeans. I want to lose enough weight to be in 14's in all shops including jeans.

I did discover exercise but not the ones I thought I was going to enjoy. Ill always love walking but I discovered cycling and the fact that you can do it with arthritis and knackered knees much easier than walking! one if my challenges this year is to complete a sponsored 50k women only cycle ride for a charity. There's a couple I'm looking at so ill let you know when I've decided.

That will do for now but ill be revisiting again soon

To get into the 13's 10/08/12 - that was a long struggle. it took a long time but I got there

    Ooooo get you ladies!!!

1 I'd like to reach target! That's my aim and it is doable I just need to focus

1a into the 11s by June (my birthday!)

1b loose a min of 1/2lb per week

2 wear a bikini on holiday (this I did not do last year!)

3 stay positive and realise life is never as we plan it ... So a dodgy week and a gain is not the end of the world or an excuse to nose dive off the wagon

4 I'd like to be a size 10 at goal but would settle at a 12 so buy some clothing in this size - most importantly my wedding dress!

    5. Get my exercise mojo back - a min of 3x per week!

I think that's it for now - other than that I can't think of much more - I'm trying to make things achievable.

The only thing I am considering is perhaps being a Sw consultant! I've been tempted before but would only do it when I reach target!!! So we shall see maybe a goal for next year! Xx

I've just come to find the 2012 goal thread to check my original stats to compare them as its officially New Year's Day and its gone!!!! Would they jump in your grave as quick before removing them. Good job I kept my own records.

Although my weight loss has been slow this year. I have officially lost only 1 stone 2 lbs. I have lost 13 inches off my measurements which I think is more telling than weight.

My 2013 goals - they are not just weightloss/health goals but changes in my current life.

1 - Get to goal by the end of 2013, its perfectly doable, i just need to keep focused and not let myself get distracted.

2 - Run! I tinkered with the c25k last year and would like to run properly. This is something I know I could do i just need to stick with it.

3 - Have some more quality time with OH.

4 - Make new friends, this is a really difficult one. OH and I have grown apart from our old circle of friends. Its hard to try and make new friends at our age without people thinking we are swingers! We could really do with making some friends in our area, we moved here 10 years ago and we still do not know anyone we could socialise with.

5 - Save to move, Realistically I know we won't move this year but we need to save more so that moving can become a reality.

    My new year resolutions:

    1) Lose weight, and even more importantly for me, keep it off this time.

    2) Short term goal to get into 16's again (I'm now back up to an 18) and then eventually get into a size 12

    3) Gain some confidence. Hopefully when I get my weight off and get back into work this will improve

    4) Get a job that'll give me some pride in myself. I think the last place I worked at where I was eventually made redundant from was such an awful place it just knocked my confidence

    5) Sort my house out, redecorate bathroom and get builders in for small out of changes I want making

    6) Get motivated and out into the garden in spring and get it looking pretty with lots of veg growing this year!!
