Needs hauling back up, horrendously bad week, I'm blaming being poorly, cold weather & rubbish motivation. Rest assured I'm hauling myself back up & tomorrow morning let operation get to goal commence....
 
Ahhh lexie i would haul you back but i fell off a couple of days ago myself. :(
 
Come on ladies.. We can get through this hideous weather, try and avoid the bugs and then spring will be here!! Everything will seem better then :) xx

Well hauled myself back up & am about to scare myself by stepping on the scales for the first time in over a week.......

I've had a bad week too. :( been really depressed. And I'm not normally. But last night hubby and I worked out that I'd not really been outside for over a week properly. I've been inside marking last minute students work that came in.. Then when I have been out I've just swapped one sets of walls for another. So no sunlight or daylight at all. I can't believe how naff I feel. I've eaten rubbish in between my meals. Great meals though. But my asda delivery arrives within the hour so no excuses.
Must claw my way back up on the wagon

You'll get back on, Lexie, no problem! :) There must be something in the air this week - I'm ravenous today and actually succumbed to a chocolate biscuit at work, very disappointed in myself, lol. xx
 
We've all had a had time since Xmas, I'm hoping I am safely secured on it again and I am happy to link arms with everyone, try and keep posting Hun . It really helps me x

Well today I am having to make sure my good day yesterday shows me I can stay on the wagon, got weighed this morning & nearly cried. Have begged hubby to help me as I'm scared of the slippery slope!!! Am now a stone away from target & 2 weeks ago I was only 8lbs away!!!!! Sw of it is likely totm weight as due tomorrow but am still scared. Will need your help ladies x

Just seen this.. You will be fine - you just need to refocus - figure out how you are going to get to goal and maintain - which is the hardest?

I think you need to look at your diet going forward - dr Briffa is a good starting point. Mark sisson primal eating is worth a read, even if you don't feel like following his ideas :)

Looked at what you had to eat yesterday .. Look back at your diary and start the day with eggs and turkey bacon etc . Better than crumpets ;) and I know you were enjoying eating it before.

You have always said crisps etc are your down fall .. So!?? Stop eating them again :) I know you are strong enough to not eat them.

I think the down fall of eating low fat/ carb diets is that your always fighting your hunger. Being so hungry all the time is not good for you mentally or physically. Swop those crisps for an apple and some almonds ( no peanuts) macadamia nuts, pecans etc

Once you drop the processed carbs like crisps and swop them for nuts, seeds, berries & fruit, Plain yogurt with chopped fruit sprinkled with flaked toasted almonds yummy!

Enjoy your meat and veg - have potatoes sometimes like when you go to Zumba etc for instant energy :)

When you reduce the carbs and eat more plants and animals - your not hungry all the time - and it does work! The biggest issue is not eating bread & pasta. I don't miss pasta or rice because I have my spiral cutter and have veg spaghetti .. Carrots, sweet potato, courgettes - you can eat as many Brussels as you want :)

I've just seen this too. Lexie, I think there has been a big bump in the road and some of us weren't holding on as tightly as we should have been and got tipped out. Now we can stay lying down there on the road or we can climb back up again and strap ourselves in even tighter, the end of the road is so close for you! You can do this, you HAVE been doing it all this time and inspiring so many of us. Not far to go for you, climb up there and hold on tight!

Heck I'll drive ;) So hang in there I'm revving the engine xxx I drive fast and change gears to often and the music is really really loud .. Latin dance tracks and country music and occasional heavy metal ;)

I will its just the site plays up on my kindle fire, keeps telling me I'm not logged in & I get annoyed & I'm on that a lot more than my phone or laptop now but I shouldn't neglect my ladies xx
