    oh dear...

    Just had a massive binge out and am dreading the consequences lol. Digestive biccy x 6 cheese on toast a kit Kay Chunky duck tandori wraps ohh man how long does it take to you know... ???
    Have not cheated before been on tabs a week and a half now !!

    24/36 hours depending on metabolism - I would sleep with a pad on just in case lol

    2013 Goals!
    Kick DietCoke habit!!
    Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
    Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
    Eat less processed food.

    • 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
    • Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
    • March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
    • start walking to school again when weather warms up.
