Just wanted to say hi!
I started taking xenical 3 weeks ago and have lost 8lb which I'm very happy with. To be honest there's been none of the dreaded side effects as I'm keeping below the 5g fat rule. This forum is a god send I've been lurking for a while before plucking up the courage to see the dr. I have a lot of weight to lose, around 8 stone. I managed 1.5 stone on my own before starting on these but I would like to start a family next year so time is against me.
What does everyone do for breakfast I've been having shredded wheat as I have to eat it at work but its getting boring now and I could do with some ideas? Thanks guys
