Well I'm back again after bad health i really need to lose again, i've been on since August but my loss seems to be very slow this time,
what is the recommend calories i need to be having i know i need to make my portions smaller. I just need advise im starting to exercise a little more

I'd aim for around 1,500-1,700 calories for starters, depending on how much you have to lose. :) xx
