Hiya! On a normal day, I have no breakfast, then a 200g pot of baked beans, 2 Ryvita and a fruit bag for lunch, a Tesco ready meal with frozen veg for dinner, and things like Alpen Light, Babybel Light, Eat Natural bars and fruit bags for snacks. Pretty boring, as I eat the same things every day, but it's what works for me, lol. xx

LF yogurt with fruit or 30g of bran flakes for breakfast, lunch is a sandwich with ham, tomato, cucumber, pickles and an alpen light bar. Diner is chicken with cottage cheese and veg or a ready meal with added veg. Snacks are fruit, rice cakes or cereal bars.
