They say you have to have over 28 BMI for Alli, I'm not that much. I'm trying to lose about 25lbs all together and wanted to try this.

I've lost a lot of weight on other diets before and it's this last bit I've been struggling with for over a year now. I've tried researching but I can't find anywhere WHY it should only be those over 28. I guess I want to know if anyone else has tried it or continued it while at a BMI under that and if it works or if it's dangerous.
