    Hiya. I'm doing ok thanks - I've lost 10 stone 3lbs so far and just keep plodding on, lol. xx

    It's taken me about 2.5 years, so pretty steady. I started off on 1,800-2,000 cals, as I had so much to lose, then gradually reduced it. Now I have 1,300-1,400 in the week, a bit more at weekends. xx
