newbie to orlistat

Hi started taking last week think I'm doing wrong with foods etc..has anyone got a week plan that I can look at to see what kind of foods to eat please...not very good on this forum thing or how to search will come with practice I'm sure. Dr has gave me 2 months supply only if not lost weight in this time will be taking me off them.

How are you getting on?
I started Orlistat on Monday and I don't think I'm eating the right foods?
Really nervous that one day soon (when I'll have been taking them for nearly a week) I'm going to have some of the side effects
