    Difficult day - help!

    Today is proving difficult. I'm at a cricket match as a scorer and they are prepping the lunch for us all to have. Just realised it's mainly sandwiches, sausage rolls, scotch eggs etc. Typically British picnic/buffet lunch. What do I do?! I have to eat something but really can't risk any "accidents". Help!

    Hmm, tricky! You shouldn't get the side effects straight away if they happen - most likely later today or even tomorrow. Can anyone go out and get you something from a shop, if you can't leave? Or just have a few drinks to stop you getting too hungry - I'm usually ok until at least mid-afternoon without eating, but I suppose that wouldn't be everyone's preference. Sorry, I'm useless, I know! xx

    Need to lower BMI to help PCOS and FC get pg!

    week 1: HT holiday to Wales
    week 2: Ryan's bday
    week 3: 30th birthday!!


    Mini goals:
    *[/STRIKE]Get into 22's[/STRIKE] *BMI under 50
    *Fit back into my size 24 clothes. *Get into 21's
    *Get into 20's. *BMI under 45
    *Fit back into my size 20/22 clothes. *Get into teens!
    *BMI under 40. *Fit back into my size 18 clothes
    *BMI under 35. *Can try Clomid?

    It was ok. Managed to have some tuna pasta salad, lettuce and grapes. Really hungry by the time got home 45 mins ago but at least I didn't give in to all the pizza and cake like I would normally!

    Oh dear, well at least now you know! :-) Yeah I'm ok thanks. Threw a bot if a wobbly the other day as we all went out to a Marstons for a family meal and every single thing had oil, cheese, fried etc and theu wouldnt help at all... lol... complete opposite of tues eve when I went to the local italian.
