    Talking How you all doing? I'm happy again!

    How is everyone doing today? I weighed in this morning and have lost another 4lbs! So that's 19 gone and never to be seen again! Hurrah!!!
    Nothing will taste as good as being slim will feel!

    I've gone wrong so many times. The millionth time's the charm!

    Start = 23st 5lbs
    Week 1 = 22st 9lbs =
    -10lbs

    Week 2 = 22st 4lbs = -5lbs
    Week 3 = 22st 0lbs = -4lbs
    Week 4 = 21st 9lbs = -5lbs

    Aww, thanks hon! It's certainly taken a while with me, but slow and steady really does win the race, lol I'm sure you'll soon settle into the routine of what you can and can't eat with Orlistat - it's largely trial and error, I found. xx
