Thinking of combining with slimming world - some help please!!

This is IF the doctor prescribes me!!

I used to do slimming world with success a while back(before I put it back on!!) and enjoyed the ease of not counting calories, as a low fat plan I thought that would fit in perfect with Xenical.

which is better plan on slimming world, think last time I mainly did extra easy or green, How much adjusting to you need to do to combine slimming world & Xenical - I am crap at calorie counting and concerned I will get bogged down counting fat content.

I know myself and if it gets too complicated I give up too easy, I really want Xenical but feel I need a plan to go along side it.

Some positive stories please, I did search the slimming world forum but feel there is a lot of negative posts about Xenical

I can certainly give you a positive story - I've lost 10.5 stone, partly whilst taking Xenical (took it for about two years) - but that was doing calorie counting. But I do know that people have successfully combined it with SW. Have you checked out any of the Xenical diaries? One thing that is absolutely vital, however, is to very closely control your fat intake, you have to know you're not eating anything with more than 5% fat. Any horror stories you hear about Xenical will usually be from people who didn't follow that simple rule, lol. xx

    Thanks Tracy

10.5 stone that is amazing well done you, I have 6-7 stone to get to safe BMI, I have been dieting for almost 25 years!!
I like the fact slimming world you don't have to 'count' as such, I know I will have to watch the fat content

Had a search through diaries but couldn't find any, don't want to ask on SW forum as I really don't need to be told there is no point doing SW with Xenical.

Hopefully someone doing both will see this post(could certainly do with some guidance) as I will be doing SW online
