Thread: xenical newby,well sort of!!

hi everyone,im new to the site,starting taking xenical last year an lost 2 stone in 2 months.dont know why but stopped taking it,regretted it cos i was doin so well so back on them.started bak on them monday,just hope do as well as last time!anyone know a substitute for margarine,lol.x

With regards to marg, I just stopped using it. If I want something on my bread for a sandwich I use either tomato sauce, kraft thousand island light or philadelphia extra light. I don't use any low fat substiutes and honestly can't say I miss the taste now

Hiya and welcome, i am still using a light spread on my bread and toast have been for a week now and not had any problems with it although everyone is different i guess so its trial and error!
