Do i or dont i

Advise pls all,

I hav a prescription for orlistat last yr but couldn't get any so started the dukan diet. Would it be ok to take these and do the dukan diet?
It really worries me about the... Hmmm... Poo leakage I hav heard some ppl say about :-(
Any advise would b great!

It really depends on how much is in your diet chick. I've not heard the details of the Dukon diet but if its like the Atkins where you're encouraged to eat butter, cream , cheese etc then know. The rule with orlistat is to keep your meals to under 5g fat each!
