    So far managed to avoid having the other dinner, had cucumber, cherry toms, avocado bit of bacon, squish lemon, salt and drizzle of avocado oil. Plus been snacking on macadamia nuts while cooking dinner- didn't like them when I first tried them a few months ago - Sunday I bought a packet of halves - they taste nice - not very moreish - having 1-2 at a time is easy couldn't eat handfuls like with cashews - my tastes are def changing

    Going to put OHs dinner on table, clean kitchen make lunch and go to bed!! 9:30 tops in bed!!

    Managed 2 out 3 . I've just finished tiding up lol but no bread or beans ., had some cottage cheese - just a few spoons full .. No biggy
