    It was sooo good ! Lebanese is a bit like Turkish/Greek etc
    Grilled hallome cheese, fresh houmous, salads grilled meat, grilled seafood .. I ate no bread, rice of chips ., but couldn't resist the balaclava ..mmmm yummy also had a small hot choc frothy milk no added sugar .. Only drank 1/2

    Was going to my boot camp class - but in the end decided Just lacking energy today - my youngest son was awake loads last night, so just very tired - no good exercising when I feel like this - just makes me feel worse

    Ooh that does sound good! I used to love going to Greek restaurants back in th 80s, but we don't seem to have any round here any more. Mmm, humous, baklava - hungry now, lol. xx

    If you've got a food processor it doesn't have to be a treat. You just blitz the chick peas as fine as possible. Then add half a tub of quark garlic lemon and pepper and keep blitzing until smoother. It's the same texture as shop bought and totally guilt free.

    I think that eating "primal" will work for me long term, but allow me to have some of what I like too. Dark choc, cheese, dairy etc in limited quanties ..

    But for weight loss I should! - need to keep my carb values to under 100 a day - most if not all the time . I know that keeping to 100-150 daily keeps my weight at about the same.., as that what been happening last little while, It hard cutting out things that taste so good! But finding alternatives, that taste just as good.. Gives me the will power to say no - most of the time ..

    So last week I had a good week keeping my carb values down.. So had a loss .. Finally lol

    Managed to make a big pile of pancakes for OH and kids - with normal flour and not touch any of them. Scrambled eggs and bacon .. Wee bit feta on the side - yummy!

    Ahh I hate it when that happens! Or when I wake up in the morning to realise I fell asleep before turning on the sleep logging (although you can add it manually later as long as you were wearing it).
