Off to the house next weekend as eldest is going away for the weekend so we can have a quite couple of days in Exeter.
It's not about being better than others, it's about being better than YOU use to be.

If I can sit through this one and not fall asleep I will go and see The Hobbit. Not that I want to see it but it's a 'date'.

    Been out already.

Walked over to PCWorld to get a new mouse, then went into Asda and got some fresh smoked haddock fillets for dinner, back into town to Tesco and back to flat.Got to go out again to Poundland,Holland and Barratt and to the council offices to pay council tax as I forgot to take it with me first time. And got to ring solicitor at 12pm.

    Weekend and I'm up early.

No further forward.Too be honest we don't know what to do as we have already paid for survey and solicitor fees and he can't do any more than he is already doing. It's all to do with when they bought the house together then got married so didn't change title deeds then got divorce now gone bankrupt so now there are bankruptcy and trustees involved so 3 or 4 lots of solicitors also.So our solicitor said that seeing that known of it is to do with the house there shouldn't of been a reason for the delay on us buying it.I've given up thinking about it.If it happens it happens.Just wish they told us end of November it was a bankruptcy property and of course the house is declared blacklisted for credit now.Thank god we won't need any yet.Althou once we can get on election roll the quicker it clears. The only thing is when we exchange contracts I want completion same day.Not going to give her time to arrange furniture storage as she should have got that sorted before.

Anyway today we are off to see Les Mis and going shopping at the mall.
