    Evening! Food looks fab. Still put it in a bag of rice and leave it for at least a week and check again. It might need charging after the week.

    We have seen 2 houses we like and one is a project and cheaper the other has everything for same price but a bit further out.But both are empty.

    Look at crime stats and other features. If you plan on doing up the house yourself anyway the project might be "just the thing"! Also, consider suing her for any losses you've incurred due to the delay.

    We can't claim anything off them as we hadn't exchange contracts.

    We have missed our cut off time to give our notice in for the flat so we will still be in it till end of March.

    They have till the 15th Feb to exchange and complete if they except our lower offer.

    I'm not going to think about it now until the solicitor gets back to us or we find another one.I've spent too many hours thinking about it. OH says to just accept it's not going to happen with this one.He did say don't fall out of love with it just in case it goes through.
