    I have another dvd at the house.Son rang and said there was a package there addressed to OH so I told him to open it.It is Josie Gibson exercise dvd.

    Reason it went to house is OH forgot to change address when he put the order in. But son is bringing it up at weekend if the weather is good as he is going to be staying for the night.

    10 arm curls with 2kg weights.

    Been to Asda then popped into Tesco. Bit chilly out there but it's dry.


    Got ironing to do,clean oven then some exercising.

    The Bodyfit mag I got a subscription last year when you got a free pair of trainers for a years sub.I think this months is the last one as I'm not going to bother renewing sub.

    Yeah it is. May go to Cheddar Gorge as eldest is coming up weather permittting but the Gorge has been closed due to the amount of rain we have had.
