    5 Dog Walks of a minimum 20 min. (5, 5)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit, Zumba, Kettlebells, etc.) (2 AF, 2 AF)
    Be comfy in Hilfinger cropped jeans US12
    Get into US 10 (on door)
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)
    Lose the Muffin Top!

    Lose to be under 12 stone
    Lose to be 165
    Lose to be 160
    Lose to be at my 2013 lowest weight (156)

    Not done anything yet except showered and had some breakfast.

    Weekend walking. Not bad seeing it was miserable weather.



    Got to get moving now.Quick tidy up,walk and then some exercising before OH comes home at 2.30pm.See house then off to Sainsburys to return a gone off duck.

    Well I thought I was fit but Josie's workout got the better of me.

    I managed the warm up and do the first 2 lots of execises but it's so fast I couldn't keep up and felt sick.Going to practise each exercise then hopefully will be able to keep up with her.

    I will have it sussed by the weekend.I WILL.


    I'm not going to discuss houses ever again.Can't view the one this afternoon as Estate agent hasn't been able to get hold of the owners to tell them we are going this afternoon.

    Had Les Miserables on this morning while tidying and doing exercises.


    Exercise today-----

    10 mins on Davina Twist Board.
    20 sit ups with Davina Rowing Action Exerciser.
    20 arm curls with 2kg weights.
    20 sit ups on Gym ball.
    20 hip extension with Gym ball.

    Done a few mins of Josie Gibson.Got to practice as they go so fast.My butt aches from doing press ups into a squat thrust.

    Will update with miles/steps in morning.


    Dinner was chicken,onions,Slim pasta in tomato and chilli sauce,carrots,swede.
