Nicolas primal diary 8/12/12
Was previously doing primal but then started messing about with atkins and the ketogenic diet hoping for quick weight loss which didnt happen ...but enough is enough I need to start feeling healthy and end this year right and ready to start a healthy 2013 !!!!!
I've got the primal blueprint book which is amazing but just ordered his new 21 day body transformation which will hopefully arrive tomorrow
Anyway even though it's my works do tomorrow and ill be having a few tequilas my food will be all primal friendly and tomorrow will be day 1 of a new me !!!!!

Welcome back to Primal.
I've just ordered Marks new book the Primal Blueprint Healthy Sauces, Dressings and Toppings.
So once it arrives I will post some up.
“Is this food beneficial to my health and well being?” If I can ditch the junk so can you.
