    Miss thomas - paleo/clean eating diary 2013

    Just before Christmas I did a 12 week clean eating plan & lost 50cm & 15lbs. These were my results...

    I have weighed myself this morning and I am 171.6 (12stone 9lbs) I probably gained 7ish pounds over christmas, my weight now is where i seem to limbo.. hopefully this time I will get down to my goal weight... which I haven't set yet but my first mini goal will be to into the 11's by valentines day. (5 weeks to lose 10lbs)

    I will be recording my food intake & also weighing in and taking weekly photographs on a Monday.

    I will be doing a mix of clean eating, paleo diet and exercise.

    chicken omelette.. 2 egg whites and a small handful of chicken breast

    berry shake.. 1 scoop protein shake, small handful of frozen summer fruit berries, water and a few cubes of ice

    2 poached eggs on wholemeal toast

    protein shake and a pear

    tuna steak with cottage cheese

    4 small bits off sushi

    protein shake with mixed frozen fruiy in my bag for later

    today was hard... back at work... loads of chocolates and treats still knocking about.

    didnt manage any green tea but had about 2 litres of water... will try green tea tomorrow. x
