    Went to gym today ran on treadmill 1.6k and then 2k on rowing machine before I moved on to my weight lighting program. Tonight I've got an hour if karate so that will burn some calories.

    Eating plan for today

    Breakfast coconut blueberry pancakes

    Dinner same as lunch

    I've had a banana and I'm drinking water

    Well everything is going along smoothly and weigh in day is Monday.

    My next target is so get into the 11 stones bracket so shall be at the gym and karate lots to work this body into some sort of shape.

    I'm off out on the 2nd clubbing so that will be a night of drinking water but at least I can dance the night away.

    Glad to hear it's going so well, really pleased I switched from VLCD to this, it's so much more fun and I feel good about meals now and not deprived!

    Hope you get another good loss this week.

    I can't work out how much we are meant to lose each week, some say 1-2lbs a month, others are nothing and then in the Daily Mail they had a guy that lost 8stones in 5 months! I guess time will tell!

    Will be watching with interest how you do. How long have you been going Karate? I used to do Shotokan Karate years ago, got to brown belt lol.. would love to do it again but not fit enough yet.

    My boys used to do shotokan karate too


    I've been going 3 weeks and love it as they use some kick boxing stuff too.

    Weight loss can be slow at times but it does come off so better to assess losses per month.

    I'm not expecting any loss this week as I've lost 1 stone during this month so far

    Not posted for a while as I had a blip but the occasions are out of the way.

    Plus still having bf trouble which kicked off again at the weekend this I went out and drank some alcohol and danced.

    Anyway Monday back on plan not too much damage. I'm out this weekend to my friends 30th and I'm driving so just water for me. Would like a first week gush but what ever I lose is a bonus.

    Well i think stress is my middle name more bf stress today :-(

    But im sticking to the plan and eating loads at the moment i have a thing for fish so been buyung loads of them from asda fresh counter as they reduce them on a night.

    Im keeping up my activity and attending karate 2 times a week will make it 3 times soon as i really enjoy it :-)

    Im not going to weigh myself as it puts me off when i dont lose

    I'm doing really good stuck solid all last week and lost the gain plus 1 extra. So a fresh week and hoping for some shrinking.

    But because not seeing scales drop put me off last time I'm not getting on them so much now.

    I'm just in a hurry really but would like to lose 1 stone 13lbs by end of may or by the start of summer.

    Woohooo well done, did you do anything different this week? Looks like a good month for weight loss.

    That's what I'm finding with this diet is that the inches are more dramatic than the scales. Which can put people off made me go wobbly.

    I'm wearing my size 12 jeans that last time I did vlcd I couldn't fit into until I was about 11st 11lbs and here I am at 12st 6lbs fitting into them. It's strange but I'm not complaining.

    I've dropped my carbs to down to under 20 and upped my healthy fats. I've also cut out all fruit as I was craving sweet stuff and I think it didn't help the scales.

    I shall soon find out if it work on my second week that's were I stalled last time.

    dinner is protien with salad so lettuce, mushroom, celery, cuecumber bit of pepper
    evening meal today is going to be rib with a nice salad too both salads have olive oil on them.

    i dont snack on anything in between and just drinking water. i find it quite easy to keep my carbs low

    its working tho as scales dropped today so shall keep doing it
