    Kirsty's primal lifestyle change

    Hi everyone

    I am planning to start primal on Monday and will be trying this on a budget

    I heard a wee rumour that most of the British meats were grassfed anyways not sure how true this is

    My starting weight is 15st 8lbs - I am obese and this needs to change

    I will be at the gym as often as possible anyways hope you like my diary

    So today I made a primal Caesar salad dressing - Works out at 150 cals a serving eeek but it was pretty tasty So far today I have had 2 x boiled eggs and butter, chicken thighs (skin on) salad with olives, salad dressing and Parmesan

    Tonight I will be having pork with vegetables

    Also been to the gym this morning. X
