Thought we could use this thread to post about any bargains we find as some of this stuff can get quite expensive!

I don't have a morrisons grr
I saw that box of coconut milk and was tempted to get it but was thrown by the added bits in it, I want to be strict as I can for the first 30 days doing this so I can see optimum results but I will bare it in mind for the time after

Which brand is this? I presume this is the tinned variety as opposed to the cartons you find in the fridge section near milk etc?!

yeah it was tinned, not sure on the brand name though but it was by the uncle bens etc. I have never seen coconut milk in the chillers!

You can't beat the holland and barrett for the penny sale.... and they now have a 'members card' that you collect points and then they email you a voucher!!!!

tescos has a 3 for 2 on baking goods so the nuts in that area are all 3 for 2 , stocked up on my macadamias and pecans :0)

Very true! I always seem to miss this though...I need to be on the ball alot more!
