    calcium query

    Hello all. I have been toying with paleo for a while. Did a whole week of it and felt so much better. My query is, if you are not having dairy, is there a supplement for calcium? My hubby is concerned about this from reading he's done. Any help most welcome, need to get hubby on side!

    I get my calcium from eating greens,almonds,oranges,spinach,broccoli,celery,bra zil nuts.

    There are calcium supplements out there! Check boots, I take them as I gym a lot & you lose it through sweat.. but also almond milk & veg contain a lot of calcium if you google it I think plant based calcium is better absorbed by the body than animal based calcium like milk...
