Was thinking about throwing in the odd 24 hour fast every now and then but have heard mixed reviews that its not too good for women!!!
Was wondering if anyone had given it a go??? And what the results were like!!

1. Get back under 200lb (-1lb)
2. Get into the 13 stone bracket!!! (-5lb)
3. Get to lowest weight ever, Since about 13 yrs old 190lb (-11lb) Will also be 100lb loss!!!!

Hi girls, I've been doing a JUDDD/SW combo, so eating really healthily on my UD, and I've been doing 3 fasts per week.
Your first few fast days can be a little difficult, but they get easier
