    Diet: Slim and save/Paleo/Primal/Crossfit

    Start Date: 21/07/2011

    Goal Weight: 12st7lb
    Goal Date: As soon as.....


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 47
    Current BMI: 32.3
    Goal BMI: 28.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 6st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st11lb
    % Lost 31.27%

    Intermittant fasting....

    Was thinking about throwing in the odd 24 hour fast every now and then but have heard mixed reviews that its not too good for women!!!

    Was wondering if anyone had given it a go??? And what the results were like!!

    3. Get to lowest weight ever, Since about 13 yrs old 190lb (-11lb) Will also be 100lb loss!!!!

    Week 5... -1lb (Last weekend off for Easter so well pleased)

    I've started it today! Love the idea of 5 days normal intake & 2 restricted - doin Mon & Wed fasting (500 cals). Just feel fed up of a continuous calorie counting approach.

    Wish me luck lol! X
