I'm guessing she must also have done loads of exercise to achieve a result like that?

Yeah she done some where you only burn for 30 secs at a time. And of course she has a fitness dvd out now. The DVD is based on 30-second intervals, and those intervals are high-intensity training.

Watch this space as I'm going to look like that.

After 30 odd years of 'dieting' I have found Paleo is the only one I haven't fallen off the wagon with. You don't get sugar rushes that cause you to overindulge or have to watch how many calories you eat or have to count points or have to syn things. But hey we are all different and the world would be pretty boring if we all followed the same.

I've been following it for 10 months so that says something.

Did she say Paleo on TV? Didn't watch but read that she started the morning with oatmeal and blueberries and other low-fat nonense? Maybe the magazine got it wrong as they usually do...

A lady at work told me about this yesterday!

(Went to a surprise baby shower for another lady & they were all eating cake! I resisted! )

I suspect the photo is heavily airbrushed too, her head doesn't seem to fit! But none the less - amazing achievement!

I've been following the paleo lifestyle for 13 days now & I've lost 10bs !

I agree! I'm only 2 weeks in, but I feel like I'm eating more now than I ever have - which means I don't tend to feel hungry!
