Im tracking calories just to see how much carbs im eating per day. now im eating loads 3 meals a day and a snack and im finding at most my calories are 1000. this is when im seriously stuffed up on so much food like huge plate fulls. im going to have some nuts later to up my calories a bit but does anyone else find they have this problem.
i can see why they say we dont need to calorie count and to just eat until satisfied as we wont go over.
