If you google coconoil you will see you can get large containers of coconut oil.If you use a lot then it may work out cheaper for you.

Also goodnessdirect do 3kg ground almonds for £30.

Postage is free for orders over £35.

No cheaper than buying X amounts of single packes in Tesco but if you use a lot then it's worth having.I'm going to walk around the roads outside of town today if it doesn't rain to see if I can find some Ethnic shops.

First post in primal wooo! Anyways- defo try the ethnic shops, I buy coconut and almond products from one near work 6.99 per kg almond flour. It's also great for some fruit/veg/spices, I tend to go there first then get what's left on my list from Tesco. Things like garlic, ginger and chillis are stupid cheap.

I've used Goodness Direct a lot, they currently have a promo of getting £10 off an order over £35! They have this frequently so always good! Sometimes send freebies thru too!

I nipped into our Local Asian supermarket..... 100% pure coconut oil under £3!!!!!!

Plus massive bags or spices/nuts/ground almonds etc.... All really cheap!!!

Just make sure its definately pure, cold-pressed and unrefined oil hun!
