    Fitbit

    Soooo excited just ordered my fitbit its a birthday pressie from hubbie and bday isnt until end of month but hopefully i'll be able to have it straight away.

    How many steps should i be looking at averaging? any tips to get extra in?

    3 days a week i walk my daughter to school and back but thats only 1/2mile each way.

    They recommend you do 10,000 steps a day thats about 5 miles I think.And if you walk briskly that should be about 400 calories you burn.
    Been maintaining under 9 stone on a Primal diet since Oct 2012.
    Commitment and hard work gets you there.
    You can 'diet' and still have a life if you really,really want to.

    Your weight is not going up for no reason. It's going up because you consume more than you burn.

    Learn to say 'NO' as Xmas is getting closer.

    This is what happens when your spend half your day in bed.

    Just wish the calories burned was correct.I would stay in bed all day.

    Got runny nose and feeling hot.Don't want to spend another sunny(hopefully) day in bed.Will go for a walk later to sweat it out.

    Because I didn't record an significant activity it's an estimated calorie burn they give you.

    The calories burned is roughly correct, after all your body has to burn quite a few calories just to keep you alive. I think there's a setting where you can change how it estimates but can't remember where!
