    Energy levels...

A few months back... I struggled with even filling the washing machine, I was so lethargic. My doctor suspects I have coeliac disease. I religiously stick to the primal diet, and walk everyday for about 40 minutes, i play squash once a week and when I have a spare minute do a bit of hula hooping. Unfortunately, I am unable to play squash as my friend is away for a few months.... So today I decided to step in the gym. (Been in it maybe twice in a year!!)

I did over an hour... Jogged on treadmill for 20 minutes, rowed over 3 miles and 20 minutes on the bike! I even came home and walked the dog!!!

This has proven to me that Primal living works.... Just wanted to share, as I'm totally gob smacked!!
