I m wondering how many people here exercise as Well and is it cross fit or something else. I'm currently doing P90x at home(trying to do it daily ) which is a mix of weight s,yoga and plyometrics and going to a local boxing gym one night a week and doing boxing and some crossfit exercises like tyre flipping and sledge hammering etc?

I do (most of the time) kettlebells / kettlercise class 2x week. I want to start doing a Zumba class once a week And I'm Also hopefully going to start a salsa class once a week too .. OH is not convinced yet lol
Monday; kettlercise in the morning and in evening salsa class
Thurs evening ; kettlercise
I only do some walking,sometimes go on my exercise bike.Can't be bothered to do anything else now.:)

Hi I started going the gym 4 x a week swimming two and just ordered a rosemary conely DVD to donate home daily. Hope I do enough to loose weight and tone. I do some weights for ten mins at the gym and twenty cardio on the bike and x trainer each.
