    Sw or primal

Hi i have been doing calorie counting this does not work for me as i eat junk constantly.
i am thinking of possibly following slimming world or primal i'm not sure which 1 would be best.
My big problem is the evening where i just eat crisps and chocolate. any idea what i could substitute this with any advice would be much appreciated

As Slimming World and Primal are 2 completely different eating plans then only you can choose which to follow.
If you eat enough at mealtimes then you shouldn't need to snack at night. On any plan you should look at why you eat at night. Is it boredom,a habit you have got into and are you really hungry that you need to eat?

If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

You can eat whatever you like on Slimming World as long as you syn it if it's not 'free'.

    Primal you don't eat grains,sugar,dairy so you don't have bread,cakes,biscuits,sweets,choc bars(unless it's dark chocolate),crisps,milk etc.

Have you heard of whole 30, might be worth giving it a try in the new year or trying the 21 day sugar detox, it could help curb some of the sugar cravings and get you on the path to healthy eating for life.

I have done slimming world since 2008, it is a great plan, lots of healthy free foods, however I have now got to the stage where I am want to cut unatural foods in my diet, no more sweeteners, low fat/fat free products. So I am jumping onto whole 30/Paleo in the new year. Got to worth a try and 30 days is such a tiny part of my life, it would be silly not to give it a go.

You could take a look at people's food dairies for both plans & ask yourself which you feel you could do, whatever you choose has to fit in with your life & help you lose weight.
