    South Beach Diet

    Hi guys,

    I wonder if anyone knows much about The South Beach diet? It seems to me to be very paleo based, is there anyone here who knows enough about both who could let me know so I can have a nose through your recipes?

    Oh I know where the forum is, I just wondered if anyone could tell me if it was a similar thing to paleo?

    Similar .. Sort of but primal goes that step further removing all grains, legumes, pluses, potatoes.. It a mod carb diet and most items are low GI..

    Have a look at "marks daily apple" to get a better idea .. Going primal/ paleo is more of a lifestyle rather than just a "diet"
