Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 9lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since.
If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.
Hi cavegirl - great list thanks. DH cant tolerate eggs but is getting bored of bacon & cheese. I think something around sweet potatoes might be good - will experiment!

I can't imagine not having eggs for breakfast. At one point in a diet I was having 20 eggs a day, 10 in the morning and 10 at night, but only 6 yolks the rest whites.
