Hi cavegirl - great list thanks. DH cant tolerate eggs but is getting bored of bacon & cheese. I think something around sweet potatoes might be good - will experiment!

I can't imagine not having eggs for breakfast. At one point in a diet I was having 20 eggs a day, 10 in the morning and 10 at night, but only 6 yolks the rest whites.

We do a lot of eggs for breakfast with the paleo diet. I am going to make some of these.
