I have dabbled with Paleo/HFLC but am finding my way off track.

First week I lost 8 lbs, then 5lbs, then it was 1 off, 1 back on, 1 off etc

SO.......here I go. Found my way here to try and find out more and get some recipes/encouragement.

I think my main problem is I am not a big meat eater. After years of being veggie I find I can eat chicken and bacon but I can not bring myself to eat a slab of meat like a steak or chop.

Any help, advice, encouragement gratefully received.

Will try to do a diary so I can get feedback on what I doing right and wrong

Hi do you use myfitnesspal? It's a web based food tracker .. You can add people as "friends" and share your journey and diary .. If you look on people's mini's profiles you can see their log in links/ details for various sites :)
 
Hello there! Welcome to the forum! Chicken is a great thing! you surely do not need to eat red mean if you do not want to .Chicken is much healthier and lower in calories! Wish you best of luck! would be glad to follow your diary;-) You can do it!
 
Thank you both. Mis-behave I have sent you a friend request on Fitness pal. I must start using that properly.

I Will do this.....because I want to. This is for me, no-one else. I just need a little help x
