Primal Blueprint 21 day challenge - starts 12th

I've just signed up to this and wondered if anyone else was planning to join? Details on MDA

My goals are to focus on:
Food- Getting rid of some processed food that I've become dependent on (salamis etc)
Movement- build some core strength and more daily steps
Sleep - more and better!

Would be great to have some MM buddies:)
 
Yeah - great to have a buddy! Got my doorway pull-up bar - can barely support my own weight so think some strength needs building. Doing rest of movement assessment over next couple of days but sure to be starting right at the easy ones:)
 
Did you download the app Vimifiy ? That's doing the challenge?
 
Yup - got the app and useful as shows what to do & talk to others but think you can do without it if you want too.
 
And we are off! My primal blueprint fitness assessment shows a long way to go! I will be starting on the wall push-ups :)
 
Primal challenge going well - loving the food, sleep and play. Struggling with the essential movements and everything aches afterwards but hopefully will build a little bit of strength! ;)
 
I'm making the assumption that if I walk outside for 15 mins., it not my fault if the sun chooses not to be visible :) it's still "there" even if it's not possible feel it because of the thick grey gloomy cloudy sky ;)
 
Lol - agree that daylight good for body clock even if sun missing/useless for vit d generation!

Felt so in need of some exercise today after too many meetings- ran upstairs to do a set of primal essential movements (push-ups, squats, pull-ups, plank) - what a surprising change!
 
Well had a fab time on the challenge and rather sad it's over!

What will I keep doing:
Great new recipes like primal lasagna and home made lamb kleftiko
Will see if I can continue to slowly improve my upper body strength ie push-ups pull-ups
Daylight - make an effort
Walking and play - almost everyday:)
Family outdoor play - we have started geocaching and opportunity to do on Isle of Wight half term week

Will see what another 3 weeks brings:)
